PREAMBLE

The past decade has witnessed a major disruption in the way businesses are conducted globally. The digital economy is deeply changing the actions of both governments, businesses, and the citizen. Transforming a nation digitally is a daunting task that requires paradigm shift from the status quo. It is a journey that requires the right team with new mindsets and skills. At the core of digital economy is innovation. It drives growth and stabilizes the economy through a well-coordinated relationship between the interconnected businesses, consumers and machines, powerful computing technology, intelligent devices, and cyber intelligence. The international conference on Innovative systems for  Digital Economy will provide opportunity for governments, businesses, Academia, the technical community and civil society to consider broad social, economic, and technical trends affecting the development of the digital economy and discuss policies that could respond to evolving societal demands.

Scope and topics

Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant strategy in developing next generation digital economy relating to the theme and sub themes.

CALL FOR PAPERS

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by highly qualified panel of reviewers. The authors are requested to submit full paper of their original and unpublished work not later than August 02-04, 2021

Instructions to Authors:

    • Authors are invited to submit their full papers in English on original work intended for presentation at the Conference. Paper acceptance will be based on full paper submission
    • Initial submission must not include the authors’ names and affiliations. However, full details of authors (names, addresses and e-mails) must be included in the final camera-ready copy
    • All accepted papers must be submitted electronically as an attached Microsoft Word document (.doc/docx). Full papers should be submitted through SPRINGER’S ONLINE CONFERENCE SYSTEM (OCS).
    • Papers should not be no more than 4,000 words, single spaced in Times New Roman 12 point
    • Where there are multiple authors, only one can enjoy the 20% discount and at least one author must pre-register to qualify for inclusion of paper in conference proceedings
    • Only full papers received on schedule will be considered
    • Selected papers may be considered for publication in International Journals, including the Journal of Computer Science and Its Applications, published biannually by Nigeria Computer Society and International Journal of Information Security, Privacy and Digital forensics.
    • 15 minutes will be allowed for a summary delivery of the paper at the Conference; the full written paper is not to be read
    • All approved paper for presentation will be on NCS approved PowerPoint (.ppt) presentation format not more than 15 slides including cover slide.

All submitted papers must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for review or publication somewhere else during the period at which such papers are undergoing NCS review.

The paper review and selection process shall be thorough and competitive with three Reviewers Per Paper to ensure that only high quality papers are accepted for publication

PUBLICATION:

It is planned to publish the Conference Proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science Series
